Griffon Concept

This is a griffon concept i did for a co-worker of mine. She said it is exactly how she pictures griffons, but i think there is much room for improvement. The initial sketch was looking too 'cute' so her being a big fan of squirrels too, i figured i would have a good chuckle and have the griffon holding the squirrel at its demise. I should post more of these gags.
